A 50% non-refundable deposit, plus 4.8% tax, is required to hold a reservation. The remaining balance is due, in full, no later than 60 days before the first day of the reservation. If your reservation is made less than 60 days before your arrival, the full balance is due at the time the reservation is made.
Requests for date changes, once deposits have been paid, will be honored at our discretion and are subject to a 10% processing fee. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. Although we sympathize with unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, injury, family emergencies, loss of income, inclement weather, etc.) we will not refund payments for any reason.

Well-Mannered Pets are Welcome. The rate for each pet is $15 per night while on the property. Pets while outside must be on a leash at all times. Pets are not to be left unattended inside or outside while you are away. Pets owners must pick-up after your pet (POOP REMOVAL) or you will be charged. You need to bring old sheets or coverings for the furniture or you will be charged for pet hair removal. Each and every undeclared pet will incur a $50 penalty charge (per pet), plus $15 per night (per pet).
This is a seasonal business, open from Memorial Day weekend in May through the end of September. Each reservation is important to us and we appreciate you choosing us!
